Getting Started

Imagine, You can learn to be fit for life and we can help. You'll learn to workout the right way, using fun and challenging exercise programs with education on healthy eating habits that everyone can use.

Gymnastique Fitness recommends our "Getting Started" series of individual (or partner) sessions. Class meets 3 days a week for 4 weeks.  It is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group Fitness classes. In this class we will expose you to our movement curriculum in a group format.  Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Exceptions by permission only.

Newcomers are welcome to drop in on one of our non-advanced classes to observe or participate before beginning Getting Started individual training sessions. Or, contact us to schedule your first individual session.

At Gymnastique Fitness we offer 1-on-1 private training, small group and large group (team) training.  Our group Fitness classes have skill level requirements to ensure quality and safety while maximizing FUN!   Group classes integrate technique and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts. The group dynamic is fun, motivating, and sometimes competitive. Classes focus on technical excellence and individually-appropriate intensity levels. Attending at least 3 classes per week yields best results and best value.

Our advanced classes use experienced techniques and is by instructor permission.

Individual coaching and training, or Personal training, provides focused individual guidance and coaching tailored to your needs and goals in a 1:1 setting. This is the best way to get started with one of our CrossFit-certified instructors, and to tune up your skills or work on specific areas and personal goals at any experience level.

Partner Training lets you train with a friend (or two) with one of our coaches. You receive plenty of individual attention, but at a lower cost per person, and with the advantages of working out with a buddy—for camaraderie, commiseration, and motivation.
