Membership Sports Fitness Program $199

Our goal is your goal, to lift your performance and achieve full potential. We educate, motivate, and prepare you for competition, Whether it is for High-School, College or weekend recreation.

We provide a BIG picture approach - no quick fixes or short cuts - Plan, Prepare and Perform. To promote lasting results and encourage you to make fitness a life-time sport. Physical skills in sport, work, or daily activity are performed in a functional manner - they require a combination of coordinated movements. 

Customized Individual Workouts: We use our years of gymnastics training, the purest form of functional movement, and design our programs using our unmatched combination of experience, expertise, and professional training, we are eager to prepare you for your best possible performance and a high energy fitness level!

Unlimited Tumbling Classes:

Did you know that gymnastics tumbling is widely used to excel in other sports? If you are interested in cheerleading, dance, karate, or break-dancing, our tumbling class is just what you need to spice up your skills. Each tumbling class is one-hour long filled with non-stop skills and drills training. We also throw in some strength and flexibility exercises for maximum results.

Unlimited Parkour Fitness Classes

Open Gym Workouts

Our Open Gym program offers endless possibilities of fun.  Each Open-gym night you can work on the equipment, practice your skills, and hang out with your friends. Open Gym is currently on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-10:00pm.  No matter what night you decide to come, you will be dancing to the music and having a good time.
