Our Kinder Program combines gymnastics fundamentals and preschool readiness in a fun-filled, constructive 45-minute long class. Children will learn hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, gross and fine motor skills, and rhythmic patterns. Our structured program and curriculum integrates the use of various learning modalities (i.e. kinesthetic, tactile, visual/spatial, and auditory) to focus on age appropriate developmental skills and core concepts.
The Tiny Tumbler program is specially designed for 18 months to 3 year olds. Accompanied by a parent, the youngster will explore such concepts as big & little, up & down, over & under, and in & out. These fundamentals are incorporated into circuits and rotations while being introduced to beginning level gymnastics.
The PeeWee program is for the approximate age of 3-5 year olds. Incorporated into every lesson are activities involving letters, numbers, colors, shapes, counting, sorting, and tracing along with the introduction of beginning level gymnastics and body positions. Class structures incorporate circuit training with stations for maximum results. Class ratios are six gymnasts per one coach.
It’s never too early to start developing your child mentally, physically, and emotionally for school! Children will be learning to take directions, understand the difference between correct and incorrect execution, and will be rewarded for good behavior. They will also learn to interact with other children, ensuring a more positive social experience for preschool and kindergarten.
