Imagine, You can learn to be fit for life and we can help. You'll learn to workout the right way, using fun and challenging exercise programs with education on healthy eating habits that everyone can use.

Gymnastique Fitness recommends our "Getting Started" series of individual (or partner) sessions. Class meets 3 days a week for 4 weeks.  It is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group Fitness classes. In this class we will expose you to our movement curriculum in a group format.  Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Unlimited Tumbling Classes:

Did you know that gymnastics tumbling is widely used to excel in other sports? If you are interested in cheerleading, dance, karate, or break-dancing, our tumbling class is just what you need to spice up your skills. Each tumbling class is one-hour long filled with non-stop skills and drills training. We also throw in some strength and flexibility exercises for maximum results.

Open Gym Workouts

Our Open Gym program offers endless possibilities of fun.  Each Open-gym night you can work on the equipment, practice your skills, and hang out with your friends. Open Gym is currently on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-10:00pm.  No matter what night you decide to come, you will be dancing to the music and having a good time.

Physical skills in sport, work, or daily activity are performed in a functional manner - they require a combination of coordinated movements.

Group Fitness

Join our Group Fitness Classes

We are very glad that you are taking interest in our gym.  We are not a “Heath Club,” we are a complete training program built on education. You can get a complete workout every time your child comes to class.  We are equipped with cycles, concept II rower, free weights, and much more. Interested.....then check out Getting Started. Each week during Group Fitness our personal trainer provides instruction to Moms and Dads.  Our personal trainers attend seminars and training sessions regularly to provide you with the best, most up-to-date instruction. Check with the front desk for details. Why should the kids have all the fun?
