Your partnership in “Athletes for Academics” is a great way to reward students for their hard work and outstanding achievements. This program allows students to select a month of gymnastics, karate or tennis for an academic reward. This is a great reward getting kids off the couch and away from video games for an hour. Imagine some good old fashion exercise and it’s free! The reward may be for Honor roll, Student of the Month, or as a special reward for academic excellence, it’s your schools choice
Both Riverside and Jurupa school districts have approved this program for all schools. Making this a great reward for students who study and get recognized. Studies have shown that academics and exercise go hand and hand, creating a healthy body and mind. Your partnership in this program helps reward academics and fights childhood obesity. We are dedicated to this program; and with your help we have given out over 7700 certificates.
